Shall we take responsibility for your machine fleet?

As a Duroc Machine Tool customer, you have the option of setting up a service contract on your new machine(s).

Machines should not stand idle for a second longer than necessary, but all machines – whatever their make – need to be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. In fact, two-thirds of all breakdowns are attributable to poor cleaning and maintenance, so this is an area that merits your closest attention.

High performance in this respect is largely a matter of planning and preparation. Planned downtime translates into more uptime, and the key here is to make optimal use of the downtime.

Service contract

A service contract gives you access to assistance from our skilled service technicians who regularly receive the latest training in DN Solutions machines, on courses run by the machine manufacturer itself. What is more, you can even call on experts from DN Solutions own factories if need be.

We have access to original spare parts, either from our own stocks or from DN Solutions giant warehouse in Germany, where 95% of all spare parts are constantly in stock.

If you take out a service contract with us, we give you a fixed discount on both service procedures and spare parts. These discounts apply throughout the contractual period for the machine in question.

An annual service check

Fixed discounts on both service visits and spare parts

Lightning-fast assistance from our service team in the event of a machine breakdown

Access to our giant spare parts warehouse, with next day delivery

Service Kit

In addition, we always bring a service kit adapted specifically to the machine you purchased, so we are equipped to replace parts such as wipers, filters and back-up batteries, as well as to perform a complete backup of the machine and check its geometry (zero points and tool setter) if necessary.
