RPS

Rotating Pallet System

The RPS is a type of pallet system that utilizes a rotating mechanism to shuttle pallets between machining stations. It allows for seamless loading and unloading of workpieces onto CNC machines, thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput. With the RPS, operators can load new workpieces onto one pallet while the other pallet is in the machining process. Once machining is complete, the pallets rotate, allowing for continuous operation without interruption.

LPS

Linear Pallet System

In contrast to the rotating mechanism of the RPS, the LPS is a linear pallet system that moves pallets along a linear track between machining stations. This system is particularly well-suited for applications requiring high-volume production of diverse part varieties. With the LPS, operators can easily swap out pallets containing different workpieces, allowing for rapid changeovers and increased flexibility in production scheduling. This enables manufacturers to respond quickly to changing market demands while maintaining optimal machine utilization.

AWC

Automatic Workpiece Changer

The AWC is a critical component of pallet system solutions for CNC machinery, especially in applications involving the production of small components. This automation solution eliminates the need for manual intervention by automatically swapping out workpieces on the CNC machine as soon as machining operations are completed.
