We take responsibility
We know that you depend on your machines, so we’re happy to take responsibility from the start of the initial dialogue to the moment when the machine comes online at your plant.
During the dialogue phase, we work with you to establish which machine is right for your business, and then we visit one of our existing customers together so you can see the machine in question actually operating in a production environment.
Once we have agreed on the terms for our working relationship, we deliver and install the machine and then provide training in how to use and look after it for you and your colleagues. It is only when everything is running smoothly at your plant that we leave you to work, and we’re more than happy to provide a service contract designed to ensure your machine has a full and fruitful service life.
